Country Style Pheasant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pheasants, quartered
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. black or cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. water or chicken stock
    2 tsp. dehydrated minced onion
    1/2 lb. button mushrooms
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    Hungarian paprika
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
Preparation
    Rinse pheasants with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. On a pie plate, combine flour, cornmeal, salt and pepper.
    Dredge meat in the flour mixture using fingertips to pat coating on the meat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
