Altar Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, grated
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 c. grated onion
Preparation

Cook potatoes with skins on and grate like cabbage when cooked.
Heat in pan the potatoes and remaining ingredients.
Add 8 ounces of sour cream.
Sprinkle buttered bread or corn flake crumbs on top and place in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
