Baked Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baked potatoes
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. bacon bits
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut baked potatoes into quarters lengthwise.
    Scoop out pulp, leaving 1/4-inch shell.
    Brush shells with melted butter.
    Bake shells at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits.
    Bake just until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Serve with sour cream and garnish with more bacon bits.
