The Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks (leave peelings; I use red potatoes for this, it's great!)
    1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In large bag, add all ingredients. Shake until evenly coated.
    Place potatoes in shallow baking or roasting pan.
    Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
    Garnish if desired with parsley flakes. Makes 8 servings.
