Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or 1 lb. round steak
    1/2 medium chopped onion
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 oz. sour cream
    1 pkg. egg noodles
Preparation
    If round steak is used, cut into small pieces. Brown meat and onion in skillet. Add mushroom soup, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Simmer until meat is tender. Cook noodles according to package directions.
    Add sour cream and noodles.
    Serve.
