Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 can pumpkin
1 c. nuts, finely chopped
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs 5 minutes; add sugar.
Stir in pumpkin and lemon mixture.
Stir together dry ingredients; add to batter.
Line cookie sheet with wax paper and cover with nuts.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Turn on linen dish towel covered with confectioners sugar.
Remove wax paper.
Roll tight and cool.
