Chinese Spaghetti Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    3 green onions, cut into pieces
    1 medium carrot, shredded
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare spaghetti as label directs.
    Drain and return spaghetti to pot; keep warm.
    In a 12-inch skillet, in hot salad oil, cook mushrooms, green onions and carrots until tender-crisp, stirring quickly and frequently.
    Spoon mixture onto spaghetti. Add soy sauce, sugar and pepper.
    Toss to mix all ingredients. Serve.
