"Big Mama'S Squash Casserole" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 yellow squash
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 level Tbsp. instant onion
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook squash, unpeeled in small amount of water.
Drain and mash.
Beat eggs and milk slightly.
Add to squash.
Add cracker crumbs, onion, cheese and salt.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly brown.
