Banana Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe bananas
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. milk
    2 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mash bananas in a small bowl.
    Mix egg, sugar and oil in a large bowl.
    Add and mix in the milk, poppy seed and bananas.
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
    Mix dry ingredients with liquid ingredients.
    Line 12 cupcake tins with paper liners; fill half full with batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
