Deb'S Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 gal. ripe tomatoes
10 jalapeno peppers, chopped
3 large onions, chopped
1 qt. ketchup
1/3 c. mustard
1/3 c. barbecue sauce
1/5 c. lemon juice
2 c. vinegar
3 c. sugar
1 small bottle hot sauce
Preparation

Bring everything to a boil, except the peppers.
Add peppers and simmer 1 hour.
Seal in jars.
Makes 11 quarts.
