Trimming Tuna Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 (7 oz.) cans water packed tuna, drained
    8 c. torn lettuce
    1 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 medium cucumber, sliced
    1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    1/2 c. sliced celery
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, basil, salt and pepper. Chill. In large salad bowl, break up tuna. Add lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and celery. Add vinegar mixture and toss lightly. Yields 7 servings.
