Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. white sugar
3 c. grated carrots
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
Preparation

Low fat option: replace 4 eggs with 1 egg yolk and 4 egg whites.
Use applesauce in place of oil.
This will make a moist cake.
