Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans whole kernel corn
    1 can creamed corn
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. cider vinegar
    3 tsp. celery seed
    3 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. pickle relish
    1 (7 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
Preparation
    Combine everything but cornstarch, relish and pimentos.
    Heat for 5 minutes.
    Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
    Take off stove and add relish and pimentos.
    Put in 4 half-pint jars and store in refrigerator.
    Great to serve with hamburgers, hot dogs or vegetables.
