Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. onion, grated
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Drain salmon, removing all skins and bones. Mix all ingredients and form ball. Chill overnight and roll in 1/2 cup crushed pecans and 3 tablespoons fresh parsley. Serve with crackers.
