Caramel Praline Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag (14 oz.) caramels
1/3 c. milk
2 c. light brown sugar
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter or margarine melted
4 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Melt caramels with milk, stirring often.
Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Blend thoroughly sugar, flour, cocoa and soda; set aside.
Mix melted butter and eggs.
Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients and stir just until smooth.
Spread batter into pan and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven and gently pour melted caramels over brownies. Sprinkle pecans over top.
Return to oven and bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Makes about 2 dozen 2 x 2-inch brownies.
