Lemon Crunch Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. cake flour
2 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 c. oil
5 large eggs
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil together thoroughly.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add flavoring, then the cake flour that has been sifted four times.
Add in four parts. Bake in a tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
(This cake has a real crunchy top.)
