Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 well-beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients thoroughly.
    Mix egg, vinegar and water; pour all at once into flour mixture.
    Mix well.
    Roll out as usual.
    This is a very easy crust to handle.
    Makes 2 double crust pies.
