Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. apricot jam
salt to taste
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 lb. carrots
Preparation

Heat butter, sugar and apricot jam in saucepan or skillet, stirring to combine.
Scrape and slice carrots into desired shapes.
Cook or steam until tender-crisp.
Add carrots and salt to butter-apricot mixture in saucepan, stirring gently until carrots are evenly glazed, about 3 minutes.
Serve hot.
