Roman Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. mushrooms
    1 small onion, minced
    1 clove garlic
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 slice bread, soaked in water and squeezed out
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms, separate stems.
    Chop stems, onion and garlic.
    Saute stems, onion and garlic until light brown.
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add parsley, stems, onion and garlic until all brown.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Stuff caps.
    Place in an oiled baking dish.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
