Energy Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. whole wheat flour
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ
    2 tsp. baking soda
    6 tsp. Ener-g-egg
    4 c. mashed banana
    1 c. honey
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine flour, wheat germ and baking soda.
    Set aside.
    In blender, combine eggs, banana, honey, water and vanilla.
    Pour over dry ingredients; stir in the walnuts and raisins.
    Mix well.
    Pour into loaf pan.
    Bake for 45 to 55 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes.
