Fried Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    2 eggs, beaten with 2 Tbsp. water
    seasoned bread crumbs with grated Italian cheese
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Wash head of cauliflower; break into florets.
    Parboil 10 to 15 minutes in salted water until tender.
    Do not cook completely. Drain and chill.
