Polish Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. water
    1 small celery stalk
    3 to 4 sliced small carrots
    1 small diced onion
    1 small chopped parsnip
    1/2 c. shelled peas
    1 c. diced raw potatoes
    1 small cauliflower, divided into flowerets
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 heaping Tbsp. butter
    chopped fresh dill
    chives
Preparation
    Boil the first six ingredients for 15 minutes, then add potatoes and cauliflower.
    Simmer this until all vegetables are tender.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Remove from heat.
