Carrot Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked carrots, mashed
1/2 tsp. grated onion
3 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix ingredients in order given.
Pour into well greased ring mold.
Set mold in a shallow pan of water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until firm.
Remove from oven.
Let stand for a few minutes, loosen edges and turn out carefully.
Fill center with green peas.
