Tex-Mex Layered Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 avocados (ripe and soft)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 bunch green onions, sliced (tops too)
    3/4 large can black olives
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans bean dip
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Peel, pit and mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning.
    Put in layers on platter:
    Spread bean dip; top with avocado mixture. Top with sour cream mixture; sprinkle onions, tomatoes and olives. Cover with cheese.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
    Serve with Tostitos.
