Korean Garlic Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flank steak (2 to 3 lb.), fat cut off
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. minced ginger
    4 Tbsp. minced scallions
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except soy sauce.
    Marinate overnight in refrigerator or 4 hours room temperature.
    Add soy sauce a few minutes before broiling.
    Broil for 3 minutes on each side, basting with remaining liquid.
    Slice diagonally.
