Shrimp Victoria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raw shrimp
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of red pepper
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute shrimp and onion in margarine; heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour over shrimp mixture.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Cook 8 to 10 minutes.
    Do not boil.
    Serve over rice.
