Rich Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 eggs, beaten
    5 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk and stir in sugar, salt and margarine. Soften yeast in water.
    Add milk mixture, eggs and 2 cups flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Knead 5 minutes. Let rise 30 minutes.
    Punch down.
    Shape rolls onto greased pan. Cover.
    Let rise 30 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0
    for 10 to 15 minutes.
