Hot Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. cream-style corn
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 to 2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped onions
1 1/3 c. grated cheese
1 c. oil
1 1/3 c. sweet milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl, stir together.
Add the eggs and mix well.
One at a time, add the other ingredients, mixing well after each. Pour into cake pan and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
