Allison'S Award Winning Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7-8 Tart Apples
1 C. Sugar
2 tbsp. Flour
2-3 tsp. Cinnamon
Dash Nutmeg
Dash Salt
2 tbsp. Butter
2 9-inch Pie Pastry

Preparation

Pare apples and slice thin. Combine sugar, flour, spices and salt. Mix with apples. Line pie plate with pastry. Fill with Apple mixture. Dot with butter. Adjust top crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 or so min.
