Broccoli And Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    packaged or frozen pie shell (9-inch), prebaked
    1 1/2 c. blanched broccoli
    3 large eggs
    1 c. milk or half and half or cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Spread the broccoli over the bottom of the prebaked pie shell.
    In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Pour the custard into the pie shell and bake on a baking sheet in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until puffed and golden. Serves 4 to 6.
