Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 c. lime juice
2 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp. salt
2 boneless, skinned chicken breast halves, cut into 1/4-inch wide strips
1 sweet red pepper, cored, seeded and cut into thin strips
4 flour tortillas
Preparation

Combine garlic, lime juice, olive oil, cumin, salt and cilantro in medium-size bowl.
Add chicken and pepper.
Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
