Cherry Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (1 lb.) can cherry pie filling
    1 box yellow cake mix
Preparation
    Spread half the butter over
    bottom
    of 9 x 11-inch pan; spread pineapple over butter.
    Spread
    pie filling over pineapple. Spread cake mix over
    top.
    Dot
    with
    remaining
    butter. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
