Baked Stuffed Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 jumbo shrimp
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. scallops chopped (optional)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 melted butter
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Split shrimp, remove black vein, wash and dry.
    Mix all ingredients together, stuff each shrimp, place in baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    In place of crumbs, you can use 1 cup Ritz crackers.
    In place of scallops, use 4 slices of American cheese, grated and roll crackers.
