Texas Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. butter cake mix
4 eggs
1 large instant vanilla pudding pkg.
1 c. water
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. poppy seed

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
With electric mixer, beat all ingredients for 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour batter into greased or Pam sprayed Bundt pan.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
Cake will rise very high but will settle when cool.
Drizzle with glaze of powdered sugar, vanilla and milk.
Keep in airtight carrier.
