German Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. oil
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix all together; beat well.
Pour into 3 layer pans or oblong pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
Do not overbake.
Frost with Coconut Pecan Frosting.
