Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 carrot, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
2 bacon strips, crisp and broken up
1 c. rice
2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 eggs
Preparation
-
Stir-fry carrot and green pepper in butter.
Fry bacon until crisp and break up.
Cook rice in water.
Add rice and soy sauce to vegetables.
Scramble eggs and chop up.
Add to rice mixture.
