6 c. cornbread crumbs
4 c. biscuit crumbs
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 stick margarine
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
4 c. broth
Preparation
-
Crumble the bread in a large bowl.
Simmer the celery and onion in the melted margarine until tender.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the crumbs and mix.
The mixture should have the consistency of uncooked cornbread.
Bake in greased pan at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
