Tex-Mex Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (about 2 lb.) pkg. Foster Farms chicken wings
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. diced green chilies
    2 tsp. red pepper sauce
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. grated pepper Jack cheese
Preparation
    Rinse chicken; pat dry.
    Cut wings at joints; discard tips. In large skillet, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, cook chicken, about 8 minutes on each side or until no longer pink when cut into.
    Stir in chili sauce, vinegar, chilies, pepper sauce, chili powder and tomato sauce.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes until sauce thickens.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Heat until cheese melts.
