Granola Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rolled oats
    1 c. dry roasted unsalted peanuts
    1 c. firm packed light brown sugar
    1/2 c. raw wheat germ
    1/2 c. raisins (dark seedless)
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    1/3 c. Fleischmann's margarine
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine oats, peanuts, sugar, wheat germ, raisins and vanilla. Stir well.
    Add Egg Beaters and margarine.
    Press into bar, use a 9 x 9 x 2-inch tin to place them on.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
    Cool for 10 minutes.
    Cut into bars.
    Makes approximately 16 bars.
