Indian Babouti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1/2 pt. beef stock or water
3 oz. raisins
1 tsp. each: salt and pepper
4 slices bread (without crusts), diced
1/2 pt. warm milk
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown beef without adding fat to pan.
Add onion; saute 3 minutes.
Add flour and curry powder.
Mix well. Remove from heat; add stock, raisins, salt and pepper.
Bring to boil and simmer 30 minutes.
Put into baking dish.
Soak diced bread in milk 30 minutes.
Add beaten eggs.
Mix well.
Pour over meat mixture.
Bake 30 minutes.
Serve with rice and salad.
