Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. fresh broccoli
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook broccoli over medium heat until tender.
    Melt butter in a 2-quart pot and add onion, cook until glossy.
    Add flour and stir until mixed well.
    Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth.
    Add bouillon cube, pepper, salt and cooked broccoli.
    Cook over medium low heat until slightly thickened.
