Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lemon gelatin
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. grated cabbage
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups of hot water; chill until partially jelled.
Fold in remaining ingredients; chill until firm.
Serve on lettuce.
Yield:
10 servings.
