Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    8 eggs
    8 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 qt. milk
Preparation
    Caramelize 1 1/2 cups sugar.
    Pour into aluminum or stainless steel 2-quart round pan.
    Beat together 8 eggs.
    Add 8 tablespoons sugar, salt, vanilla and milk.
    Pour into pan with caramelized sugar.
    Place in pan of water.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
