Sunday Supper Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. seedless green grapes
1 c. salted peanuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
lettuce and romaine leaves
1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce, cut in small cubes
Preparation

Mix chicken, celery, grapes and nuts in large bowl.
Blend mayonnaise or salad dressing, parsley, lemon juice and salt in small bowl.
Toss seasoned dressing with chicken mixture; chill. Line salad bowl with lettuce and romaine leaves.
Pile chicken mixture in center.
Wreath outer edges of salad with cranberry sauce cubes.
