Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads cut romaine lettuce (bite-size)
    pinch of salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1 coddled egg
    1/2 lemon
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. croutons
    fresh ground pepper
    1 tsp. Colman's mustard
Preparation
    Salt bowl, then mince garlic.
    Ring bowl with Worcestershire sauce (1 teaspoon); add mustard.
    Add oil, vinegar, egg and lemon. Beat well.
    Add lettuce, pepper, cheese and croutons.
    Toss well; serve on chilled plates.
