Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. wild rice
    2 cans consomme
    1 small onion, diced
    1 or 2 pieces celery, diced
    1 can drained mushrooms (stems and pieces)
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cover rice with water, about 1/2-inch over.
    Simmer until water is absorbed.
    Add consomme and diced onion and celery.
    Cook until consomme is absorbed.
    Add mushrooms and butter.
    Heat through.
