Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix all together by hand.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan and spread evenly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
