Chicken And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 chicken breasts
    4 pkg. frozen broccoli
    2 cans sliced mushrooms
    1 large (2 lb.) Velveeta cheese
    2 sleeves Ritz crackers
    1/2 to 3/4 stick margarine
Preparation
    Boil chicken 45 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
    Debone and cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
    Lay chicken on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Prepare broccoli as indicated on bag.
    Cut into bite-size pieces and layer over chicken.
    Drain mushrooms and place over broccoli.
    Shred or slice Velveeta cheese and layer over mushrooms.
    Melt margarine and mix with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Top casserole with cracker mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
