Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can cream corn
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cornbread mix
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine corn, buttermilk, oil and eggs; mix well.
    Stir in cornbread mix.
    Pour 1/2 of batter into a greased 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle with green chiles and 1/2 of cheese.
    Pour remaining 1/2 of batter over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
