Stuffed Pumpkin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    8 oz. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Parboil pumpkin until tender, not soft.
    Scoop out seed, then stuff with the following stuffing.
    In oil, brown meat, then add onion.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Fill pumpkin and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
    When serving, slice pumpkin and serve with stuffing.
